Well to start off, assassins (and actors) are much more aware of what their body language is saying than the average person, so that has to be taken into account. 

When Natasha leans in to say something to Clint, he shifts his body weight slightly towards her. That could be him listening or him unconsciously moving towards her (suggests affection; could be platonic but is likely to be closer. They have saved each other’s lives more than once). However that paired with his tense expression (if you look at the muscles in his forehead you can see that his eyebrows are drawn together) going into a smirk makes me think that he’s also kind of rubbing his freedom and the avenger’s win in Loki’s face. Clint clearly isn’t going to forgive Loki anytime soon.

So all this tells us is that the two of them have an incredibly close bond (there isn’t enough information here to determine the nature of that bond, nor do I think either of them would let something like that slip) and that Clint wants to gloat a bit to the guy who messed with his head.
